These terms define how Revhance sells, produces, revises, and delivers premium static ad creative drops.

Services

Revhance provides static ad creative strategy, creative concepts, copy directions, prompt direction, testing recommendations, and related delivery materials according to the package purchased.

Revhance does not provide media buying, guaranteed performance, full brand identity systems, landing page redesign, video production, or legal/compliance review unless separately agreed in writing.

Packages and scope

  • Audit Drop covers up to 5 existing static ad creatives for one product, one offer, and one audience/campaign.
  • Creative Drop covers one offer, one audience, and one primary platform.
  • Testing Sprint covers one product/offer and up to 3 strategic angles or audience segments.
  • Creative Desk is scoped after application based on volume, platform mix, turnaround, and support needs.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, brand assets, usage permissions, offer details, claims, required disclaimers, and any legal or compliance restrictions that apply to their category.

Timelines begin after payment is complete and Revhance has received a complete brief and usable assets.

Usage rights

After full payment, clients receive commercial usage rights to final delivered assets for their own advertising and marketing. Drafts, rejected concepts, internal prompts, and process documents remain Revhance working materials unless included in the final delivery.

Portfolio rights

Revhance may display final work, anonymized process examples, or sample outputs in its portfolio, website, social channels, or case studies unless confidentiality is requested before purchase or otherwise agreed in writing.

No performance guarantee

Revhance designs creative for strategic clarity, premium presentation, and testability. Revhance does not guarantee CTR, CPA, ROAS, revenue, conversion lift, virality, platform approval, or any specific advertising outcome.

AI-assisted production

Revhance may use AI tools as part of research, concepting, visual exploration, prompt development, copy iteration, and production support. AI is used as a production layer; creative judgment, direction, and QA remain part of the Revhance process.
