Refunds & revisions

Premium work needs clean boundaries.

This policy defines when refunds are available, what revisions include, and when delivery timelines begin.

Last updated: April 26, 2026
01

Refund window

Payments are refundable only before the client submits the creative brief or before production begins. Once the brief is submitted or production begins, payments are non-refundable.

02

Project fit protection

If Revhance determines a project is not a fit before production begins, Revhance may decline the project and issue a refund. This protects the quality of the work and the client experience.

03

Revision rounds

  • Audit Drop includes 1 revision round.
  • Creative Drop includes 2 revision rounds.
  • Testing Sprint includes 2 revision rounds.
  • Creative Desk includes a monthly revision pool defined in the accepted scope.
04

What counts as a revision

A revision refines the selected creative direction. It may adjust copy, hierarchy, visual direction, prompt guidance, or concept details within the original brief.

A revision does not restart the project from scratch, introduce a new product or offer, change the target audience, add a new platform, or create a new campaign brief.

05

Timeline start

Delivery timelines begin only after payment is complete and the client has submitted a complete brief and usable assets. Missing inputs, unclear claims, unusable assets, or delayed responses may extend delivery.

06

Delivery timelines

  • Audit Drop: 48-72 hours after complete brief/assets.
  • Creative Drop: 3-5 business days after complete brief/assets.
  • Testing Sprint: 5-7 business days after complete brief/assets.
  • Creative Desk: monthly cadence after scope approval.
07

Out-of-scope requests

Requests for media buying, video production, landing page redesign, full brand identity, unrelated offers, or new campaign directions may require a separate quote or package.
