Refunds & Revisions
The principle
You don't pay for a website you haven't seen.
By the time we ask you for money, a working version of your site already exists and you have looked at it. That's the whole model, and it's why this policy is short.
Refunds on the build fee

"Start your build" means the point at which we begin production on your revised site after acceptance — not the concept version you were shown on the call, which cost you nothing and which you never paid for.
If we cannot deliver what we agreed — for any reason on our side — you get a full refund including the deposit, whatever stage we're at.
The monthly plan
Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice. No fixed term, no cancellation fee, no minimum.
- Your site stays live through the end of your final paid month.
- We do not refund part-months. You've had the hosting and support for that period.
- On cancellation you receive an export of your site as static files, and we point your DNS wherever you want it.
- Your domain is in your name throughout and is not affected by cancelling.
We won't make you call a retention line, sit through an offer, or explain yourself. Email is enough.
If a payment fails
We'll email you and retry. We will not take your site offline without at least 14 days' written notice, and we'll do everything reasonable to reach you first. Taking a working business's website down over a lapsed card is not something we're interested in doing.
Revisions during the build
Every build includes revisions until it's right. In practice this is one or two rounds, because the concept you saw on the call is already most of the way there.
We ask for two things: consolidated feedback rather than a drip of individual messages, and a decision from whoever actually decides. If a project stalls for more than 60 days waiting on content or feedback from your side, we'll pause it and pick it up when you're ready — the deposit stays valid, we don't re-charge you.
Edits after go-live
Included on the monthly plans, described in §4 of the Terms: content changes, photos, hours, prices, services, new gallery projects. Same-business-day target on weekdays for requests in before 3pm.
Redesigns, new layouts, new systems and content we'd have to write from scratch aren't included — we'll quote those before starting, and we'll never do work outside the included list and then invoice you for it.
One-time builds
The $3,900 one-time option includes 30 days of edits after go-live. After that, edits are $125/hour, quoted before we start. Hosting, domain and maintenance are yours.
Concept sites
If we built a concept version of your website before you hired us: it cost you nothing, you owe nothing, and there is no obligation of any kind.
